As we continue preparing for an exciting year ahead, we’d like to share several important updates and reminders with our HCA families.
Parent Portal Update
We are putting the finishing touches on our new HCA Parent Portal. Our goal is to create a central place where families can easily access announcements, calendars, forms, lunch information, important documents, and other school resources.
Rather than rushing the launch, we’ve decided to spend a little extra time testing and refining everything to ensure it provides the best possible experience for our families. We appreciate your patience as we work to make it a resource you’ll enjoy using throughout the school year.
We’ll notify all families as soon as the Parent Portal is ready.
Open House
Tuesday, August 18
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
We’re excited to welcome you to campus!
During Open House you will have the opportunity to:
- Meet your teachers and staff
- Visit classrooms
- Drop off school supplies
- Ask questions about the upcoming school year
- Complete any remaining enrollment items
- Sign your Financial Contract (if not already completed)
- Pick up important information before the first day of school
We look forward to seeing all of our HCA families!
Enrollment Reminders
Several families are still working through the enrollment process, and that’s perfectly okay.
We understand that physical examinations have been difficult to schedule this summer. Your enrollment paperwork does not need to be completed all at once.
While you’re waiting for your student’s physical appointment, we encourage you to complete any remaining online forms and submit any documents you already have available.
If you have any of the following documents ready, please email them to [email protected] so we can begin processing your student’s enrollment:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Custody Documents (if applicable)
- Any other required enrollment documentation
Submitting documents as you receive them helps us prepare student records before the first day of school.
Additional Forms
Please take a moment to verify that you have completed the following forms:
- Media Release Form
- Snack Permission Form
These forms were added after some families had already completed their initial enrollment paperwork, so they may still be outstanding for your student.
