Return and Refund Policy

Every HCA Eagle Shop product is made to order through our trusted production partner. This allows us to offer multiple products, colors, and sizes while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.

Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, our return policy differs from that of a traditional retail store.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs showing the item and the issue
  • A photograph of the packing slip or shipping label, when requested

After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or refund. You generally will not need to return a damaged or defective item unless we specifically request it.

Sizing, Color, and Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Selecting the wrong color
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • A preference for a different fit
  • Accidental duplicate orders that have already entered production

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before completing your purchase. Printful likewise does not ordinarily accept size, color, or change-of-mind returns because every product is made to order.

These restrictions do not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will attempt to accommodate the request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot ordinarily be canceled for a change of mind.

Lost Packages

If tracking has not shown delivery by the estimated delivery date, contact us as soon as possible. Claims for packages believed to be lost in transit must be reported no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, consistent with our fulfillment partner’s claim period.

If tracking shows that the package was delivered, please first:

  1. Confirm the shipping address on the order.
  2. Check with household members or neighbors.
  3. Look around entrances and other common delivery locations.
  4. Contact the carrier for additional delivery information.

We will help review the shipment, but a replacement or refund is not guaranteed when carrier tracking confirms delivery to the address supplied with the order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned or cannot be delivered because of an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address, the customer may be responsible for additional production and shipping charges before the order can be sent again.

Unclaimed and Refused Packages

Packages that are refused or left unclaimed may be returned to the fulfillment facility. Additional shipping or reproduction charges may apply.

Please do not return merchandise to Heritage Christian Academy or to the address on the package without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be received or refunded.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment processor and financial institution.

Original shipping charges are generally nonrefundable unless:

  • The wrong product was sent
  • The product was damaged or defective
  • The order was canceled before shipment
  • A refund of shipping is otherwise required by law

Applicable sales tax will be refunded proportionately when a sale is refunded.
